Personal Data Protection

The Company reserves the right to collect and process the personal data of its Customers, including name, first name and email. This data collection is carried out within the framework of the newsletter campaign clearly specified to the User.

This data collection is not mandatory for the User nor for the use of the website https://enerwin-aermec.be.

In accordance with the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy and the processing of personal data, and from May 25, 2018, with European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the User has the right to access their data, to request its rectification, deletion or transfer.

The User declares that their data is valid and up to date. The User may also object to the processing of their data. These written requests can be addressed to the Company by email or by mail.

Complaints in case of non-compliance with the regulations can be addressed to the Belgian Commission for the Protection of Privacy (which will become the Data Protection Authority from May 25, 2018) at the following email address commission@privacycommission.be.
